Daniel L. Tocchini is an ordained minister and Law Enforcement Chaplain in Sonoma County, California. Daniel co-authored the book Killing The Victim Before The Victim Kills You and authored the book Cult Fiction.  He is the founder of The Association for Christian Character Development and the author of the Discovery Seminar, Breakthrough Training, The Clearing Workshop, and the One Accord Marriage Workshop.

Dan is also the founder of Culture ROI, a consulting firm specializing in negotiation training, mergers and acquisitions, productivity training, mediation, and environmental change initiatives.

For 25 years, Dan has had the privilege of training over 25,000 people in contexts ranging from environmental change initiatives in Fortune 500 companies to ministry meetings in local churches.

His clients have included Disney, ESPN, World Vision, No Red Tape Mortgage Company, The Sonoma County Sheriffs Department, Kononia Foster Homes, Straight Ahead Ministries, Vineyard North Church of Grand Rapids, Michigan, and Long Beach Christian Fellowship.

Dan currently lives in Healdsburg, California with his wife, Aileen.  Dan and Aileen have two adult children, Daniel and Elizabeth.
