Tom is the CEO and founder of The WildWorks Group.  WildWorks is a company focused upon helping organizations have Results-based Conversations.  WildWorks works with corporations, churches and other faith-based organizations.

Tom is an acknowledged leader in collaborative work. He has supported organizations all over the world.  He has designed and led collaborative sessions for organizations ranging from Fortune 100 corporations to entrepreneurial start-ups, to community organizations and not for profit entities.  He is a published author, speaker, and thought leader in improving organizational execution.

Prior to starting WildWorks Tom was a Partner with Ernst & Young, LLP.  There he led that Firm’s global strategy execution, helped start their outsourcing practice, and was a lead Partner with their collaborative work centers.

Prior to joining Ernst &Young, Tom led a manufacturing consulting practice based in Atlanta.  He entered business as a Client Executive with EDS.  Before joining EDS, Tom had a career in the US Marines that included command of Special Operations Units and duties at Camp David and the White House.
 
Tom became a Christian while attending Auburn University, through Campus Crusade for Christ.  He and his wife, Elaine, have four children and live in Plano, Texas.
