NCS Go Forward Plan - The Management Committee

NCS is a movement of men. For men. We are pursuing our mission together.

NCS is a movement of men. For men. We are pursuing our mission together.

As previously communicated, the NCS Leadership, which represents a core group of chapter leaders, have come together in a spirit of partnership to form the NCS Management Committee.

We believe that by working as partners, tremendous leverage is realized and there is an opportunity for enormous spiritual growth - individually and corporately. We are actively sharing ideas, we are working as we are called, we are mentoring, and we are, quite simply, living life together. We see this model being reflected at the Chapter and Energy Group levels and will serve to further strengthen the network as defined by our five foundational truths: Authentic Friendship, Identity of the Marketplace Believer, Faithful Presence, Partnership and Unique Culture. Please see the attached list of NCS Distinctives which offers a snapshot of NCS as a movement.

The NCS Management Committee is made up of the following ten partners:

Jay Helvey, Managing Partner, NCS Winston-Salem
Tom Lane, Deputy Managing Partner, NCS Bergen County/Bergen County Society
Tom Cole, NCS Manhattan
Bill Jolly, NCS Trumbull
Jim Lane, NCS Manhattan
Mac McNally, NCS Chicago-Downtown
Paul Michalski, NCS New Canaan
Ryon Paton, NCS Menlo Park/LAMPS
Dave Robinson, NCS Orlando/The Parks Society
Hal Rosser, NCS Naples

We hope to partner with you as Energy Groups form and develop, as new chapters emerge, as the Retreat and other events are planned, as we mentor each other and the next generation, as we support each other in prayer, as we use technology to connect with each other and share ideas, as we provide resources and training and as we build friendships with each other and with Jesus.

We are excited to partner with you, as leaders, as members of a chapter or an affiliate or as friends of NCS. We welcome your ideas and are grateful for your commitment and your friendship.
