As previously communicated, the NCS Leadership, which represents a core group of chapter leaders, have come together in a spirit of partnership to form the NCS Management Committee.
We believe that by working as partners, tremendous leverage is realized and there is an opportunity for enormous spiritual growth - individually and corporately. We are actively sharing ideas, we are working as we are called, we are mentoring, and we are, quite simply, living life together. We see this model being reflected at the Chapter and Energy Group levels and will serve to further strengthen the network as defined by our five foundational truths: Authentic Friendship, Identity of the Marketplace Believer, Faithful Presence, Partnership and Unique Culture.
