P.E.A.C.E. Project

The following are a number of P.E.A.C.E. projects that might be of interest:

• Kibuye Medical Care Distribution Through Churches in Rwanda: Helping to mobilize church members to help distribute medical care under the assistance of a doctor.
• Ugandan Home Project: Help First Lady Museveni come up with a reproducible low cost housing idea for the people in her district.
• Leadership Development: Saddleback will be developing leadership training material to be taught in Uganda, Rwanda, and Kenya.

P.E.A.C.E. Trip

This offer is for anyone who would like to join Rick on his next P.E.A.C.E. Trip. Rick will be on the following tour this summer:

NYC 40 DOP

Currently, Saddleback is beginning a 3-year plan to help strengthen churches at the invitation of the local leadership.

The kickoff event will be held in New York City on September 18-20, 2008.Details are still being worked out for this event. They will need help in raising awareness, administration, mobilization, and funding.

They will be starting this project behind the scenes on April 16-17, 2008 with Saddleback Church doing 9 training sessions all around the New York area. Here's the schedule:
